If you would like a one-to-one chat with us we are making an appearance at the

We will also be taking a stand at the Selsey Centre on Sunday, June 7th. This will be another chance to talk to those of us who understand, recognise the symptoms if you are unsure, and who have ‘bin there dun that’ so to speak.We shall have lots of interesting literature and who knows what other ideas we might drum up.We will be joined by our good friends from Epilepsy Action – Chichester at both events. Nothing like sharing a good thing!

MEETINGS

WEST SUSSEX:

We generally meet the third Friday of the month at the Donnington Hall (on the A286 coast road on the A27 Chichester round about where the footbridge is). We meet from 11am to 12.30-ish and some go for lunch at the Selsey Tram afterwards.

EAST HAMPSHIRE:

With so many enquiries from Hampshire folk with fibromyalgia coming through the FMA UK website, we have decided to run a series of FMS social lunches at The Red Lion in Horndean. These monthly lunches begin on TUESDAY January 27th from 11am until we go home or the place closes at 3pm.

This move follows the demise of a Portsmouth group, which has not been in existence for some time and a request from Sue Tait, Regional; Coordinator for FMA UK, to offer support for fibromites in this area. We are hoping to bring in folk from Cowplain, Portsmouth, Southsea, Fareham, Waterlooville, Clanfield and all around that area, to share their experiences, chat, network and enjoy lunch with us. YOGA CLASSES

Yoga classes for Chichester & Hampshire members. Our new FORTNIGHTLY YOGA class for Fibromites (and other chronic illnesses) is held at Donnington Hall. Classes start at 10.45am and finishes at midday. Cost for the class is just £2.50 to FMS Group members and £3 to visitors. Please read our YOGA page for full and further information.
